Meet Swept On

Built by an Operator,

Not a franchise.

Swept-On Janitorial is a woman-owned, Oklahoma-based commercial cleaning contractor headquartered in Oklahoma City. We service government facilities, commercial buildings, healthcare and childcare spaces, construction sites at final phase, and multi-unit properties across the metro and statewide.

We're not a national brand with a local licensee. When you hire Swept-On, you're hiring a local company whose owner answers the phone and whose crews are trained in-house on our own protocols.

That shows up in how we work. We walk every building before we bid it. We write the scope down. We hold one flat rate for that scope. We photograph the work. And we carry insurance and bonding that we'll name your entity on, because the buildings we're trusted with belong to somebody who has to answer for them.

Clean is the deliverable. Accountability is the product.

How we work.

Four Steps from first call to first clean.

Image

Walkthrough

We come to the building. Twenty minutes, no charge, no obligation. We measure, note conditions, and ask what's been going wrong with your current service.

Image

Documented Scope

You get a written scope of work — every task, every area, every frequency — plus a flat rate for it. Certificates of insurance, W-9, and references on request.

Image

Schedule and Access

Sign the scope and we're on site within 48 hours. We set access, key control, and after-hours protocols with you before day one.

Image

Verify and Adjust

Photos filed after every visit. Quality checks by a supervisor, not a self-report. If something's off, tell us and we correct it at no additional cost.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

TamikaMarie Smith

TamikaMarie Smith has spent more than twenty-six years in operations and financial services — field office management in construction, collections and dispatch operations, and eighteen years running her own multi-entity practice in Oklahoma City. She founded Swept-On Janitorial to bring that same operational discipline to a trade where most of the competition still quotes over the phone and hopes it works out. Under her direction, Swept-On operates on documented scopes, flat contract pricing, photo verification on every job, and a firm rule that nothing gets bid without a walkthrough first. She holds her crews to the standard she built her other businesses on: show up, do it right, and put it in writing. Swept-On is headquartered in Oklahoma City and serves clients across Oklahoma.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Got questions? We’ve got answers.

1. What services do you provide?

Recurring commercial janitorial, vacancy and turnover cleaning, post-construction final cleans, hospital-grade disinfection, floor and upholstery care including carpet extraction and tile and grout, and residential deep and move-out cleaning. Day porter coverage and after-hours service are available on contract.

2. What areas do you serve?

The Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities, with statewide coverage available for multi-site and contract work. Travel outside the metro is quoted at the walkthrough.

3. How does your pricing work?

Flat rate, never hourly. We walk the building, document the scope, and quote one price for that scope. One-time services start at $175. Recurring service starts at $85 per visit. Volume rates apply to multi-unit and multi-site accounts.

4. Do you quote over the phone?

No. We don't bid a building we haven't stood in. A phone number is a guess, and guesses turn into change orders. Walkthroughs are free and take about twenty minutes.

5. Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation, and our staff is bonded. We issue certificates of insurance on request and can name your entity as additional insured.

6. Can you provide a W-9, references, or a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Ask at the walkthrough or with your bid request and we'll send the full packet with the proposal.

7. Do you work with government agencies?

Yes. We serve government and public facilities and respond to solicitations. Our primary NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services. Contact us for a capability statement.

8. How are your staff screened and trained?

Background checks before hire, then in-house training on our cleaning protocols, safety procedures, chemical handling, and site conduct. Supervisors perform quality checks on site — we don't rely on self-reporting.

9. How do you handle building access and keys?

Access, key control, alarm codes, and after-hours protocols are set with you in writing before the first visit. We follow your building's procedures, including badging and sign-in where required.

10. Why do you photograph your work?

Before and after images are filed to your account on every job. It's how we prove the work was done to the documented scope, and it's how you verify service without being in the building. It also settles any question about pre-existing damage.

11. Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit secures your date and is applied to the balance. The amount is set at booking. Recurring contract accounts are invoiced on terms instead.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be billed at the crew mobilization rate, which is disclosed in your agreement.

13. What if we're not satisfied

Tell us within twenty-four hours and we correct it at no additional cost. That commitment is written into every scope of work.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

Card and ACH through our secure invoicing system, and check for contract accounts. Recurring contracts are invoiced monthly on agreed terms.
